In conjunction with landscape architecture and urban design firm LAUD Ink and Damilvi Architecture, 11 Ludlow PTY LTD has submitted plans detailing a potential new resident of 2 Oxford Street in Bulimba. The plans detail a development to be split between retail and hotel, anchored by a new public park and boardwalk update that aims to extend the public realm to Bulimba’s waterfront. From the street, the building will showcase a tiered exterior design, with several balconies boasting lush greenery planters ascending the façade.
The ground and second floors will house retail tenancies, while the third floor will be the home of several hotel suites. Perched atop the building will be a roof terrace, which will feature amenities including a pool, poolside lounge terraces and outdoor entertaining areas overlooking Oxford Street below. Rounding out the prospective development is a new jetty that can potentially be expanded into a marina in subsequent updates.
