The Mercedes-Benz Brisbane lifestyle precinct is the brainchild of Hong Kong-based Lei Shing Hong Group, who set out to create a show-stopping landmark that showcases the future of automotive retail in Australia. The five-level structure sits proudly on the riverside, with Mercedes-Benz Brisbane taking up a significant chunk of the building’s stunning real estate. A full floor is dedicated to new vehicle display, while other levels will house the LSH Gallery historic car museum, an AMG Performance Centre, an S-Class Lounge (with concierge service, of course), dozens of digital vehicle customisation screens, and a second-floor service centre with 45 vehicle maintenance bays. It gets even more futuristic with the introduction of ‘MAHA’ vehicle test lanes – they are built into customer reception lanes and measure steering, brake and suspension performance, wheel alignment and tyre tread depth. This takes “try before you buy” to a whole new level.

All of this state-of-the-art tech is just the beginning for the Mercedes-Benz Brisbane precinct, with a whole host of additional services and entertainment set to join the dealership in the coming months. The building will soon be home to a range of unique dining and function options – we’re talking a creek-front promenade cafe as well as the eagerly anticipated rooftop restaurant and bar. In keeping with the luxury offering, patrons will also eventually find a range of leading lifestyle brands, personal care and wellness facilities helmed by a central business centre – so it’s safe to say that Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is coming through on the opulence front.
