$96 million Mount Gravatt apartment complex set to impress

If a stunning twin-tower development gets the green light, it will become Mount Gravatt’s tallest residential apartment complex – Avoin Residences.

International property developer, Raykong Property, has announced its plans for a $96 million twin-tower development located at 7-15 Cremin Street in Mount Gravatt. If approved, the mixed-use development will include 122 two-bedroom apartments and 52 three-bedroom apartments (174 apartments in total), along with retail and commercial precincts, a shared basement and podium level, as well as communal rooftop facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, outdoor cinema, private dining room and barbecue area. The twin towers will be connected by an air bridge on level 14, which will link the two recreation decks.

The development, known as Avoin Residences, has undergone a dramatic redesign by Plus Architecture – an award-winning, integrated architecture and interior design practice. The new plans incorporate a high level of subtropical design elements, with key design principles including amendable outdoor spaces, ample daylight penetration, natural ventilation, shaded and screen environs, connection to landscape, and energy efficiency.
