Ever dreamed of living in an apartment building with its own hotel-style services? We’re talking apartment upkeep and dry-cleaning, expeditious handyman services, bike rentals, and more. Stanley House, the forthcoming build-to-rent expansion at Woolloongabba’s South City Square is offering that exact sort of luxury. This week South City Square developers Pellicano and Perri Projects are announcing the start of construction of the stage five addition, which is slated as the largest build-to-rent concept currently under construction in the entire state. Once complete, the building will boast 170 apartments and luxurious shared amenities including a rooftop pool. Each Stanley House tenant will become a Pellicano Living member, which will offer access to top-notch benefits including parcel management, electric car share, free to use bicycles, pet grooming and dog yoga sessions for those with poochy pals.
Stages four and five of South City Square are on track for completion in the first quarter of 2022, with retailers like all-in-one deli, grocer, butcher and baker The Market Hall, Woolworths, BWS, Priceline and Reading Cinemas looking to open next year, followed by the official launch of Hyatt Place Hotel in 2023.
