Jungle boogie next Easter long weekend – Bluesfest adds 11 more artists in 2020 line up

With Christmas just around the corner, it’s only timely that Byron Bay Bluesfest adds more musical bows to the tree that is the 2020 lineup, which is already bustling with some fine talent. Get ready to shake your hips to some 80s hits, as the iconic and very groovy Kool & the Gang join the Easter long weekend festivities.


Set to perform a jive-inducing catalogue of hits including Celebration’, ‘Ladies NightandGet Down On It, Kool & the Gang will be taking over the main stage on Saturday night back to back with George Benson – this will be a night of hits not to be missed! Also joining the big names such as Crowded House, Dave Matthews Band, Patti Smith and her Band and Lenny Kravitz this Easter are musical veterans The Gipsy Kings ft. Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo, Guy Sebastian, Allen Stone, Dweezil Zappa, Troy Cassar-Daley, The Waifs, Erja Lyytinen, LP, The Chain and Ash Grunwald.
