This exclusive one-off show will see the band perform The Soft Bulletin in its glorious entirety, plus a selection of songs from the band’s canon of absolute treasures. With a catalogue that spans decades, punters can expect a serious spread of tunes to come up.

We chatted to impossibly charismatic frontman Wayne Coyne ahead of the show, and can confirm that punters are in for an absolute sensory overload of the best kind. The words glitter, confetti, blow-up stuff and smoke were used (amongst other terms), as well as the assurance that a Flaming Lips show is as good for the people in the back row as it is for those right at the front barrier. One thing is for sure – while you may never know exactly what you’re in for at a Flaming Lips concert, it’s guaranteed to get freaky.
