The ultimate cake decorating competition is taking over Brisbane Showgrounds from May 18–20.

The International Cake Show Australia main stage will be hosting world-renowned cake artists as they sculpt and shape cakes like never before, hoping their magical masterpieces will take the title. The demonstrations don’t stop there – become a smart cookie with local and international celebrity chefs holding hourly talks, giving you expert insight into the world of baking. Test your talents in the Make and Take zone, where you can show off your skills and perfect your decorating prowess. The best bit? It’s all yours to eat afterwards.

The fun doesn’t stop there, with more than 90 pop-up stalls and shops to peruse over the course of the show. Sink your teeth into both sweet and savoury treats whilst keeping up to date with all of the latest tech tips and gadgets in the industry, providing the perfect opportunity for you to stay ahead in the baking game. Having entertainment for the kids is just the icing on the cake at this event, as there is the opportunity for them to partake and marvel at the impressive Alice in Wonderland exhibition, which is made from sweet treats and cakes!
