Starlit sips and brilliant bites abound at this pop-up long table feast

Starlit sips and brilliant bites abound at this pop-up long table feast

When it comes to a spot of alfresco dining, Brisbane was pretty much custom made for the job – our killer climate and lush scenery are a match made in outdoor dining heaven. After all, doesn’t the prospect of a star-lit feast with delicious food, flowing drinks and a balmy breeze sound positively dreamy? This fantasy situation is coming to life – Brisbane’s inaugural Longest Dinner Under the Stars is setting up at Eagle Farm Racecourse for one night only, so mark Saturday March 10 in your diary and prepare to be enchanted.

If you were looking for some evidence to back up the claim that the Longest Dinner Under the Stars is going to be an affair to remember, take note that this event comes from the same team that brought us the stunning Society Summer Series. In a similarly FOMO-inducing fashion, the pop-up is strictly limited to one night only – a select number of tickets have been released to ensure that the experience is as intimate and tailored to guests as possible. Live entertainment and some spellbinding surprises will combine with mouth-watering cuisine to ensure the evening is filled with magic.

The Longest Dinner Under the Stars is first and foremost a dining event, so it makes sense that organisers have gone above and beyond with the food and beverage offering. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to canapes and exciting gastronomic experiences complemented by free-flowing beverages. After having time to mix and mingle, diners will be seated at the long table for a carefully crafted two-course meal curated expertly by the culinary team at the Brisbane Racing Club.

Ready to add some sparkle to your summer? Tickets to the Longest Dinner Under the Stars are available now through the Brisbane Racing Club – snap one up before they disappear.
