Pretty petals and a huge selection of succulents await at Portside Wharf’s Plant and Flower Market

We stand by the theory that one can never have enough plants. Sure, your home might resemble an Amazonian jungle and you might have to spend a significant amount of your day watering monsteras and fiddle leaf figs, but it's worth it to watch your babies flourish and your space grow into a green thumb's dream. If you want to add to your plant family, head to the Portside Wharf Plant and Flower Market on Saturday July 16 to shop a huge range of leafy babies, flowers and goodies made by local makers and creatives.

Seeking some beautiful blooms and gorgeous greenery to add to your abode? The Plant and Flower Market at Portside Wharf will have all of this and more. You’ll be able to get your hands on some new plant babies and flawless florals, as well as a bounty of handmade ceramics, accessories, art and natural skincare. While you’re there, you can fill your belly with delicious eats from one of Portside Wharf’s many eateries or sample some flavoursome food-truck fare while tuning into some live music.

The market, which is hosted by Brisbane crew The Market Folk, will also be teeing up some huge giveaways. We’re talking 100 free baby succulents, 50 free ice-creams and 50 free coffees – given out on a first in, best dressed basis. Plus, there will also be a pot-painting workshop so you can get creative and take home an eye-catching capsule for your new leafy offspring to thrive in.

The Plant and Flower Market at Portside Wharf is on Saturday July 16 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. See you there, plant lovers!
