Gorillaz, The Strokes and Tyler, The Creator headline a rescheduled Splendour in the Grass 2021

The all-mighty pandemic might have stomped out our plans of moving and grooving along to live tunes at our favourite music festivals last year, but it can't dampen our spirits entirely. Keeping the dream alive is Splendour in the Grass, which has just announced rescheduled dates for its music-filled shindig at North Byron Parklands from Friday November 19 to Sunday November 21, 2021.

Splendour in the Grass is celebrating its 20th birthday this year, so it’s only appropriate that this music party is going to be one to remember. Heading up the first line-up announcement is British animated band Gorillaz (replacing original headliner Flume), kicking off the celebrations on Friday November 19 with a sure-to-be killer cartoon-laced concert. New York City rockers The Strokes will be performing on Saturday November 20 and American rapper Tyler, The Creator will be making (crowd) waves on Sunday November 21. Of course, there are plenty more names to be dropped by Splendour in the coming weeks, so make sure to peep the festival’s Instagram for up-to-date announcements.

Brace yourselves as tickets are on sale now for Splendour in the Grass 2021, so head here to secure your passes and start planning your OTT outfits. If your preferred ticket type is unavailable, keep checking back during the refund window as pre-loved tickets are made available daily. All 2020 tickets will be valid for this year’s festival, so make sure to retain last year’s tickets if you wish to attend in November. Just remember your gumboots!
