While we might be far from the cerulean waters of Saint-Tropez, we can still replicate the Euro-summer vibes that the scenic French town is famous for. That’s exactly what riverside dining and drinking destination Will & Flow plans to do this December 31 for its bottle-popping New Year’s Eve event that’s set to be packed with sumptuous sips and snacks. From 7:30 pm to 12:30 am, merrymakers can send 2021 off with Will & Flow’s five-hour tipples and tapas package, which includes Veuve Cliquot champagne, a selection of crowd-favourite cocktails, house spirits, Australian and international beers, selected wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
A host of flavoursome fare will be on offer to fill the bellies of party-goers, with an oyster and prawn station serving up freshly caught ocean delights alongside a cheese and fruit station and platters of woodfired eats like sliced pork belly, lamb koftas and sliced brisket served with breads. Guests will also be able to graze on canapes including woodfired smoked salmon with mandarin, shaved fennel and baby radish, crumbed goats cheese with lacto-fermented blueberry puree and lemon balm, slow-roasted beef brisket crostini with Australian brie and sweet onion jam, grilled prawn and pineapple skewers with black garlic and chilli glaze, and caramelised pork belly with cucumber, mint and coriander.
Tickets to Will & Flow’s Saint-Tropez-themed New Year’s Eve soiree are $199 per person. To snap up yours, head here. It’s time to party like it’s the roaring twenties!
