With two sessions to choose from (6:00 pm and 9:30 pm) merrymakers can send 2022 off in style with Will & Flow’s three-hour classic package, which includes Aperol Spritz, house wines, local beers, soft drinks and juices to wet your whistle with. To level up your libations even further, opt for the premium package for $199, which includes Moet & Chandon French champagne.
A bevy of sumptuous snacks will be on offer to fill the bellies of party-goers, starting with a grazing station featuring antipasto, charcuterie, local cheeses, condiments, breads and crackers. Woodfired bites level up the flavoursome offering with the likes of lamb koftas, sliced brisket sliders, oysters Kilpatrick and a selection of skewers (garlic and chilli prawn, beef, chicken and vegetable) ready to be nibbled on. Will & Flow’s famous woodfired pizzas will also make an appearance, with vegetarian and low gluten options available. While you sate your appetite, spectacular fireworks shows will light up the sky at 8:30 pm and midnight, while live entertainment will be happening throughout the evening.
