Aquila Caffe Bar is proud to introduce A Night in Japan. On Thursday November 22, critically acclaimed Chef Evan White will present a delicately curated four course Japanese degustation. Each course accompanied by a Japanese whisky pairing, as well as a signature cocktail on arrival.

The evening will be an exploration into Japanese cuisine and whisky craftsmanship with tasting notes presented by internationally recognised whisky ambassador from The Exchange, Dan Woolley.
