Join us for the ultimate Alibi pop up dining experience at Salon De Co with US celebrity chef, restaurateur and global pioneer of plant-based cuisine Matthew Kenney.

Experience the best in plant based dining with dishes curated from Matthew’s signature Sydney restaurant Alibi and enjoy plant based cuisine that is taking the world by storm. We love them so much that we’ll be bringing a small number of Alibi dishes to Salon de Co for the month!

This one off dining experience will include a five-course menu at the 6:00 pm sitting and a seven-course menu at 8:30 pm, matched with paired wines.

If you love inspired delicious creative food and incredible wine pairing then this is an evening not to be missed.

Please note that you are able to purchase private tables or individual tickets and you will be sharing your table with other people you don’t know (yet).
