Are you ready for your tastebuds to be transported halfway across the world? From Thursday November 11, the Aperol Spritz Pop-Up at Eagle Street Pier will take you and your senses on a trip to Capri while you sip on Aperol cocktails mixed by COPPA. There will also be delectable bar snacks on offer from COPPA including oysters, artichokes served with herbed aioli, 18-month prosciutto, Moreton Bay bug arancini, prawn and ‘nduja aioli, and rosemary and parmesan fries served with aioli. Fatcow Steak & Lobster, Rico Bar & Dining, Fratelli Famous and City Winery will also each have an array of bar favourites, small plates and nibbles available to order direct to the pop-up bar, so it’s safe to say you won’t be leaving hungry.

The Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will operate at Eagle Street Pier in the Northshore forecourt (opposite City Winery) from Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00–7:00 pm daily. To learn more, head to the Eagle Street Pier website.
