Headlining Atalanta’s cooking master class is chef Dean Brewer, who will host his very own Greek-Fest. Chef Dean has had a successful international career, including a stint in a Michelin Star restaurant in Germany, and five years aboard media mogul Reg Grundy’s super yacht as a personal chef. Since returning to Australia, he has opened a number of restaurants in Brisbane and led the launch of Atalanta Bar and Greek in 2015.
