With your partner or a table of loved ones, enjoy fluffy gnocchi with sturgeon caviar, king prawn with beetroot risotto, scotch fillet with blue truffle and foie gras jus, mango with valrhona dulcey chocolate and petit fours by Bacchus.
With sittings at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, you’ll have plenty of time to carry on celebrating with champagne and fireworks at the Soleil Pool Bar or be snuggled into bed by 10:30 pm!
