Have you heard the news? Brisbane’s newest European restaurant Banc Brasserie & Wine Bar is hosting the next Four Pillars Gin Dinner on Wednesday May 18 as part of Dine BNE City.
Set in the picturesque old bank perched at the top of the Queen Street Mall, Banc Brasserie & Wine Bar expertly pays homage to European indulgence while injecting a flair of modern refinement. Guests at the gin dinner will sit amongst the elegant decor and be treated to welcome cocktails and canapes, followed by a carefully curated menu of French classics – all perfectly paired with Four Pillars cocktails, of course. Four Pillars co-founder Stuart Gregor will also be in attendance to host the evening and walk you through the aromatic notes of each sip.
