Indulgence – A Night of Champagne & Caviar will host Perrier-Jouët Champagne & Cognac Ambassador Romaric Behaghel and Black Pearl Epicure representative Andy Schofield for a night of parings, where some of the world’s finest fizz will be matched with the world’s champion caviars. Romaric will take attendees through the fine Perrier-Jouët range, explaining the history of champagne, the region and undoubtedly some fine tales from his homeland, while Andy fixes them up perfectly with incredible, traditionally-served caviars. Enjoy Perrier-Jouët’s flagship N/V, followed by Blanc de Blanc, sparkling rosé & of course the finest of them all – Belle Epoque! And to top things off, you’ll be able to sample a fine bottle of cognac, finishing the evening with Martell’s ‘Cordon Bleu’ Cognac. Indulgence at it’s finest!
