Join local kombucha experts, Buchi, for a comprehensive introduction to fermented drinks! Learn how to make your own komubcha, water kefir, fruit sodas, fire cider, and more!

Kombucha is a delicious, nutritious, fermented drink well known among those seeking health through food. Consuming fermented foods and drinks is a great way to restore gut health, but you want to make sure you’re consuming the real deal. So how better to learn than from the experts!

This workshop will equip you with all the knowledge you need to start brewing your own fermented drinks, teeming with the life of good bacteria and real ingredients. There will be discussion around why fermented foods and beverages are imperative for good health and vitality; in-depth demonstrations and explanations on how to brew kombucha, water kefir, tepache, ginger- tumeric bugs, ginger sodas, fruit shrubs, and fire cider; and some hands-on fun! If you’ve ever been curious about how to make your own fermented drinks at home, don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the very best.
