Experience 45 minutes of relaxing pilates, suitable for any fitness level! Work on your core strength, flexibility and coordination. The classes are led by fully qualified instructors and are completely free! Just bring a towel and water bottle to the class time that suits you – no need to book a class. Helpful hint – arrive early to ensure a good spot.
