Medibank’s Feel Good Program is recommencing on Monday January 29. Enjoy a low-impact, slow-motion exercise involving deep breathing and relaxation of the muscles on Thursdays at 6:45 am.
Experience 45 minutes of relaxing Tai Chi, suitable for any fitness level! Work on your balance, flexibility and energy flow. The classes are led by fully qualified instructors and are completely free!Just bring a towel and water bottle to the class time that suits you – no need to book a class. Helpful hint – arrive early to ensure a good spot.
