To celebrate the opening of the Karawatha’s free native plant nursery come down and meet some live native animals usually found in the bush, and even in our backyards. The bushlands are home to a variety of amazing native animals and plants. Children will have an opportunity to get up close and personal while learning about snakes, frogs, birds, lizards and more with a wildlife expert.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure, fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site. Note: Any walks or outside activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
