Trade in the city hustle and bustle for a carefree island life during the Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival. Escape to the picturesque Moreton Island for a day of fun on the beach with beach games and a delicious beach BBQ.

Departing from the Redcliffe Jetty, enjoy a scenic cruise on board Dolphin Wild’s SUPERCAT, across Moreton Bay Marine Park – make sure you keep an eye out for turtles, dolphins, dugongs and perhaps event a humpback whale.

Disembark onto Bulwer (about 12km north of Tangalooma Island Resort), a small, quantity charming village located on the north-eastern side of Moreton Island.

Once on the island – you’ve got a free few hours to spend how you like. There will be an assortment of beach games for you to enjoy (round of cricket anyone?) or simply lay out your beach towel and soak up the sunshine.

Our friends at Castaways have lunch sorted! They’ll have a “build-your-own-burger” station and a sausage sizzle for the kids and a range of cool refreshing drinks (no alcohol) for each passenger.

Departure from Redcliffe Jetty at 10:00 am (Check in at 9:30 am), return to Redcliffe Jetty approximately 4:00 pm.
