Tickets

$34–$37 available through QTIX

Equal parts educational and hysterical, Mother’s Ruin is a cabaret about the history of ‘Mother’s Ruin’ AKA gin. Stumble and soar through tales of love and women, gin and secrets, as we wind our way through 18th-century London, colonial India, a few New York speakeasies and the jungles of Peru, via sailors and barmaids, bootleggers and master distillers. For one week only, the Roundhouse Theatre will be transformed into a boozy, magical little gin joint, boasting a soundtrack of songs by Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone, Tom Waits, Martha Wainwright, Sia and more.
