For one gloriously gooey weekend, the food-truck hub and bar will be overtaken with the finest blushing beverages and creamy bites in the Brisbane area. Taste and test some incredible local wines and cheese, plus endless cheese-related goodies.

The Saturday line-up features Fuel by Salt Meats Cheese with a flaming cheese wheel, Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers’ cheesy gnocchi, Tastes of Africa with deep fried camembert and African nachos, Brat Haus serving cheesy brats, and Mr Burger Brisbane putting up a special raclette burger. On Sunday you can sample cheese toasties from CheeseLane Food Truck, classic mac’n’cheese from Mac From Way Back, Le Fromage Yard’s legendary cheese platters, cheesy arancini balls from Abbiocco, plus Mr Burger Brisbane’s special raclette burger again. 

Plus stacks of local wineries showing off their goodies.
