A cultural crossroads between Asia, Europe and the Middle East, it was across these remote lands that nomadic empires, conquerors and Silk Road traders traversed, leaving behind a rich cultural and archaeological legacy. Join World Expeditions’ adventure travel expert, Kyle, as he takes you along the highlights of the Silk Road and trekking in Central Asia. Marvel at the ancient silk route from its source in Xian, China, through an ever-changing landscape to the fabled city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Trace the historical footsteps of Alexander the Great and Genghis Khan.

Also learn about trekking in Central Asia through the remote Tian Shan and Pamirs Fann mountain ranges of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Blessed with ancient cultures and landscapes of staggering beauty, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are little-visited gems of Central Asia that should definitely be on your bucket list.

Dominated by rugged mountains, these gorgeous countries are also blessed with fertile valleys, impossibly-blue lakes and rolling grasslands dotted with traditional yurt encampments where ancient cultures persist.

All your questions will be answered along the way, as Kyle gives you in-depth information on some of the best that Central Asia has to offer. Places are limited, jump over here to save your seat.
