Picture it now – you’ve finished a hard day’s work and as you step out of your office, the warm Brisbane air is calling you towards a cocktail. Sunset Spritz at Customs House is set to be the place to get your fix, featuring the best in river views, eats and snazzy drinks. So spring it hurts!
The crew at Customs House is bringing back its ever-popular pop-up to max out the splendid spring vibes of our fair city, setting up Sunset Spritz in the lush courtyard. Think of it like a garden party that never stops – everyone is invited to mix and mingle while sipping on the likes of a fresh-as Aperol Spritz, limoncello Collins, Peroni beers and chilled rosé.
The bar is set to keep things fresh through the spring and summer months, launching on Thursday September 21 and taking over the courtyard every Thursday to Saturday from 4:00 pm to late, and Sundays from 12:00–4:00 pm.
Whilst the drinks are crisp, the food offerings are set to match. Freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, Milanese saffron fontina arancini and chicken parmigiana sliders, anyone? Paired with a cheeky negroni you really can’t go wrong. Settle into summer the right way, because let’s face it – there’s always time for a cocktail.
