Registration essential. High intensity interval training in the water that will blast the calories and provide high, noticeable results in the shortest amount of time. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for 8 rounds of work. This class is very much a work at your own maximum, so all levels can benefit.
