Every year, the Teneriffe Festival enlivens and transforms the suburb with a bold celebration of the community, the area’s history and all that makes it unique. The event program is kaleidoscopic – with something for everyone to relish. From folk music to punk rock, historical to contemporary, and oysters and champagne through to health and wellness – find a little bit of you at every turn. A fleet of over 100 of Brisbane’s best food trucks delivering a globe-spanning array of street eats will take tastebuds on a journey around the world, while local eateries will erect dedicated terraces where festival goers can sample signature dishes. Like always, guests can expect plenty of craft beer, bespoke spirits, fine wine and tantalising cocktails, while stages will host a line-up of music acts, including the likes of The Cat Empire, Thundamentals and many more.
