Come Thursday June 3, Australia’s first and original igloo bar will return to the Customs House terrace when winter pop-up bar, Veuve Clicquot In The Snow, returns for the chilly season.
Featuring its signature igloos, textural winter styling and plenty of Veuve Clicquot champagne, the pop-up’s stunning river vista and enticing menu are a sure-fire way to chill out and experience Euro chalet vibes in a quintessential Brisbane location.
In addition to a range of Veuve Clicquot champagne available by the glass, bottle and magnum, the drinks menu features Australian and French wines, beers, and cocktails including the Berries & Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Bombay Sapphire gin and St Germaine elderflower liqueur topped off with Veuve Clicquot!
A menu of snacks and nibbles will be available including the new Customs House pop-up bar classic: the Moreton Bay bug brioche roll with lime mayo! Scampi caviar blini with crème frâiche, whole baked brie served with crostini, and smoked duck rillettes are also on the menu, among much more (including a range of Aussie, Italian and English cheeses) for some decadent winter indulgence.
For a premium winter experience, Veuve Clicquot In The Snow will host three gorgeous igloos styled with faux furs and chalet decor, available to be exclusively booked for three hours for a minimum spend of $800 (to be spent on food and drinks).
Veuve Clicquot In The Snow at Customs House will be open for a limited time on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 pm to 9 pm, and on weekends from 1 pm to 9 pm
