Announcing the winners of The Weekend Edition’s 11th annual EAT/drink Awards for 2018!

Announcing the winners of The Weekend Edition’s 11th annual EAT/drink Awards for 2018!

Looking back on the last year, we relish the opportunity to celebrate all of the coffee haunts, drinking dens and dining destinations that helped craft a truly unique Brisbane food experience. It was a busy 12 months of openings (and a few heartbreaking closings) in local dining, and we can’t help but be proud of our city’s ever-evolving food culture.

Congratulations to all of the winners and runners-up of The Weekend Edition’s 11th annual EAT/drink Awards for 2018! Supported by our friends at Bundaberg Ginger Beer, this year’s awards feature the institutions, the newcomers and the favourites, with each winner nominated and voted by you, our readers.

This year we were overwhelmed by the amount of support the awards received. All over Brisbane we saw restaurants, cafes and bars encouraging their customers to vote, and vote they did – this was by far our biggest year with a record number of voters, more than double last year! Thank you to everyone who voted and nominated, cheers to another year of incredible eating and drinking in Brisbane.

The full list of winners can be found here and look out for our round-ups for the top ten from each category throughout the year!

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Brisbane dining guide with more than 2400 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
