Just add orange – Aperol Spritz has released a ready-to-drink bottled cocktail

You've assembled the charcuterie board, found a spot in the shade and you're ready to watch the sun slowly fall behind the mountains – this is livin', Barry! But wait – you've forgotten to pour yourself a drink. Not to worry old sport, because the tipple-loving team at Aperol Spritz has got you covered and have taken the hassle out of happy hour by bottling your favourite cocktail. Introducing Aperol Spritz Ready to Serve bottles.

It’s relatively simple to concoct an Aperol Spritz, but let’s just say that sometimes we can’t be bothered to create clutter in the kitchen when there’s an easier option available. That’s why the makers of the classic orange aperitif have taken the fuss (and mess) out of DIY cocktail making by introducing its brand-new ready-to-drink range. In a nutshell, Aperol Spritz’ new Ready to Serve bottles are your favourite Italian cocktail made easy – and the ratio of Aperol, prosecco and soda is just right.

All you have to do to enjoy this tantalising sip is pour it into a glass full of ice, garnish with an orange wedge and voilà – you’re basically living out your Italian holiday fantasy (well, we can dream). If you’re wondering, each 175 ml bottle has nine-percent alcohol. A pack of three pre-mixed spritzes will set you back just $18 and is available from your local bottle-o. Now, all you have to do is sit back, relax and crank some tunes.
