In a nutshell, Condimental partners up with a bunch of fermenters, picklers and preservers from across the country and curates a hand-selected series of seasonal small-batch products, packages them beautifully in a box (within a cooling satchel) and sends them straight to your fridge. Each product is thoughtfully sourced and goes through a stringent taste-testing process by in-house condiment wizards before it earns a place in the Condimental box. Only 100 of the boxes become available to order, with Australia-wide delivery offered.

Right now, you can purchase Condimental’s summer-inspired Launch Box, which features five products – an exciting and versatile line-up of condiments that you’ll use with everything from cheese boards and sandwiches to roast meats, salads, tacos and pizzas. Inside there’s a fermented tomatillo salsa picante from Hobart, an intriguing watermelon pickle from Erskineville, a potent habanero and oak hotsauce from The Fermentalists in Sydney, ‘Bread and Butter Pickles‘ from Caringbah, and addictive umami seasoning from Ume Burger in Sydney.
