Eagleby’s Distillery Road Market to rally an exciting array of retailers and restaurants

Taking inspiration from New York’s Chelsea Market and London’s Borough Market, this progressive new venture will play host to fresh food markets, restaurants, takeaway food joints, a smokehouse, brewery, exhibition hall, outdoor gardens, stage and kids’ playground.

Expected to open in late 2020, Distillery Road Market (DRM) is set to bring the local community together with an innovative new dining, shopping and entertainment destination in Eagleby. Located halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, just off the M10 Motorway, the centre aims to emulate world-leading markets and will operate four days a week, Thursday through to Sunday. The project – developed by Zarraffa’s Coffee founder and Tonken Property Group CEO Kenton Campbell – is now calling for expressions of interest from retailers and food venues to join anchor tenants Zarraffa’s Coffee and its bespoke Kiwanda Cafe.

Sitting on a 17,000-sqm site previously occupied by a commercial warehouse, Distillery Road Market has more than 4500 sqm of lettable area to fill with markets, stores and restaurants. An expansive market hall will be home to stalls overflowing with fresh produce from the local region, while interior laneways will be bustling with boutiques, dining venues will offer a range of cuisine, and live music and entertainment will fill the venue. Follow the updates on Facebook and the DRM website.
