Icebergs x Splendour in the Grass pop-up to feed the ravenous music mob

Bondi’s iconic restaurant Icebergs will help line bellies in the most delicious way possible at this year’s Splendour in the Grass festival.

Following on from the sell-out success of Matt Moran’s pop-up restaurant at last year’s festival, this year’s Icebergs x Splendour in the Grass collaboration is sure to set tongues wagging, literally. We’ve been buzzing since the news broke of the 2019 Splendour in the Grass line-up, and now our bellies are rumbling for the festival interpretation of Maurice Terzini’s fine-dining restaurant, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. Popping up in a private backstage location overlooking a lake, the temporary 100-seat venue will feature a very special menu created by Icebergs executive chef Monty Koludrovic and brought to life by the Three Blue Ducks team.

Step inside to enjoy a two-hour escape from the festival chaos, starting with an exclusive first taste of the new Smirnoff Infusions drink on arrival, followed by a carefully curated drinks list including Hoegaarden beer and ORGANICS by Red Bull soft drinks, all available to purchase by contactless and mobile payments. Line the belly with a sumptuous three-course menu inspired by Maurice’s Italian roots, with options such as nodini di mozzarella, Yarra Valley caviar croccante, grilled pickled octopus, koji-grilled lamb neck, twice-cooked free-range chicken with ginger sauce, and candied macadamia and chocolate tiramisu. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.

Grab your Icebergs x Splendour in the Grass ticket online and select a sitting time. Your ticket will also act as an exclusive invitation to the Icebergs Italo Dining & Disco Club from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am on the final Sunday night of the festival. If you missed out on a ticket to Splendour itself, check out the resale facility.
