Beer never tastes as good as when it’s sipped in celebration. We’re counting down the weeks until the majority of Australians (hopefully) vote ‘Yes’ in the marriage equality postal survey, because when the moment arrives we know the exact beer to put on ice. The Good Beer Co. recently launched its latest socially conscious brew Love² – created to support the cause of marriage equality with all sales of the beer going towards the ‘Yes’ campaign. 

The beer itself is a New World-style pale ale that boasts a blend of Australian ingredients including sweet pale malt and citrus hops. The Good Beer Co. has linked up with Bright Brewery for the drop, and can be found on tap at The Oxford Tap House in Bulimba, The Mill on Constance in Fortitude Valley, Newstead Brewing Co. in Newstead and Milton, and Collective Kitchen & Bar in The City. Love² is also available in cartons, sold online at Bright Brewery’s website.
