The details of Les Bubbles‘ debaucherous past is likely to make anyone blush, but rather than hide its blue background from the public, the team behind the steakhouse have embraced it (and given it a cheeky spin). Getting in on the fun this month is the team from Manly’s Shucks Bar, which will be setting up shop in The Bath House under Les Bubbles for Shucks in the City – an indulgent oyster-fuelled pop-up experience.

As you might have guessed, Shucks in the City will be serving up an intoxicating array of oysters at this slick inner-city pop-up. We’re talking freshly shucked natural oysters, cheeky boozy oyster shooters, oysters doused in champagne mignonette, and truffled soy and horseradish creme fraiche with caviar. While you slurp up the goodness provided by Shucks, The Bath House bar will be splashing out with wine, beer and cocktails aplenty. Shucks in the City will be commencing its run from 4:00 pm Fridays and Saturdays from Friday June 29.
