When it comes to the bar offering, Tanqueray Terrace has stocked up on some seriously impressive flavours. As the name may suggest, the pop-up is dedicated to botanical drops made by the gin industry giant – guests can sip and sample cocktails made from four distinct Tanqueray gins including the classic No.TEN, the citrus-loaded Rangpur, the Spanish-inspired Flor De Sevilla and the ever-popular London Dry Gin. The spirits will be served with Fever-Tree tonics for the perfect flavour balance, while guests can help themselves to garnishes at the on-site herb garden.
It’s downright irresponsible to drink on an empty stomach, so it’s a good thing that Tanqueray Terrace is teeming with top-notch eats. A carefully curated menu of bar-style bites has been put together to maximise the unique botanical flavours found in each gin. Items like the fried pumpkin flowers with goats cheese, sun-dried tomato and thyme with a preserved lemon dressing, and the Moreton Bay bug milk bun with gem lettuce and cocktail sauce are sure to get you salivating.
Tanqueray Terrace at Customs House is launching on Thursday September 20 – for opening hours and additional information, head to the Events Guide.
