The experience features nine delectable courses designed by Head Chef Massimo Speroni, who brings his star-studded experience and incredible culinary skill set to the menu. Massimo isn’t messing around here – the caviar on offer has been sourced from the best locations all around the world and will feature alongside oysters, snapper sashimi, ravioli and cheese dishes just to name a few. For those keen to level up the experience, the degustation can be wine matched or paired with flowing Ruinart ‘R D Ruinart Champagne.
To celebrate the launch of The Caviar Degustation, Bacchus is playing host to a super-exclusive opening event that will be laced with luxe. Held on Tuesday October 3, the evening begins with some cheeky champagne in the Bacchus Bar followed by a full preview of the menu. True caviar lovers are in for an extra-special treat – Mr Peter Gross from Black Pearl Epicure, Bacchus Sommelier Andrew Giblin and Massimo himself will be appearing in conversation to discuss the hero of the degustation.
