Tom and John have been friends since they were five-years-old. When the pair discovered they wanted more than their leadership positions in the corporate world could provide, they ignited their passion for New York-inspired chicken wings. Good old-fashioned soul food and home-style cooking became the mantra of their new venture, Tom & John’s Wings.

The menu surrounds the signature protein with shoe string chips as a side, and can be accompanied by cheese and garlic sauce. On the chicken wing front there are flavours inspired from around the world. The Crazy 8’s is a spin on garlic teriyaki with a little extra zing, Cajun Dry Rub is direct from the heart of the South, Garlic Parmesan is fresh ground garlic finished with Parmesan cheese, Honey Soy is Asian inspired and Original Buffalo is the classic New York Buffalo sauce. Then there is Honey Glaze, Cracked Pepper and Lemongrass, Spicy Garlic and Classic BBQ. The explosion of flavours in your mouth is soulfully satisfying!
