Sharpen up at Fortitude Valley’s RYAN.CO Barbershop + Supplies

Last year the award-winning design firm Wrightson Stewart unveiled its men’s boutique, located in the heart of Fortitude Valley on Hynes Street. The WSworkshop team haven’t been idle since, recently unveiling a new addition to the space – RYAN.COM Barbershop and Supplies. Now gents can get outfitted and lined up in one visit – convenience we can easily get on board with.

WSworkshop has cornered the market when it came to men’s style long ago. Not only has the pairing of modern design, menswear and homewares been a runaway success, but the addition of a grooming component has made WSworkshop a well-rounded destination for any stylish man. RYAN.CO Barbershop + Supplies is the name of the new neighbourhood barber, located within WSworkshop on Hynes Street. The barbershop has been constructed using structural ply, with two-tone tiled bench tops and splashback detailing used to create a warm, vintage feel that leaves patrons at ease.

Ryan Reed is the man wielding the scissors at RYAN.CO. The Sunshine Coast transplant has been working in hair styling and barbering for more than a decade, having worked in reputable establishments such as Carter and Bond at Woodhouse in Notting Hill as their barber and stylist. Ryan offers a host of services, from beard trims, cutthroat shaves, hangover treatments, style cuts and more. In addition to the slick shaves and stylish cuts, RYAN.CO also stocks a range of boutique goods including Baxter of California clay and hard cream pomades, and Burly Fellow beard balms, oils, and moustache wax.
