As you may have already deducted from its name, the Shoeker fuses the comfort and practicality of a sneaker with the materials and high-quality production of a shoe, so you can confidently rock sneakers and jeans without feeling like you’re taking style advice from Jerry Seinfeld. Created by Korean designer Yong Bae Seok as part of TOD’s No_Code design project, the Shoeker is crafted in elegant leather and features a neoprene upper and mesh textures inspired by technical running trainers, while the laser-cut leather and suede detailing make for a smarter look. The EVA outsole (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) assures lightness, grip and maximum cushioning, whilst showcasing TOD’s luxury heritage through iconic embossed rubber pebbles.
Feel like copping? A pair of these bad boys retail for $695. Yes, these Shoekers aren’t cheap, but can you really put a price on that kind of comfort and style? Take a peek at the whole design process here or skip over to TOD’s to nab yourself a pair, stat – they could very well be the only pair of shoes you need in your life.
