Whenever we get news of an international retailer bringing its product to Australia we typically get a bit excited, but when that retailer is bringing its own brand of crispy golden chicken we lose our minds. 4Fingers Crispy Chicken is a Singaporean chicken chain that has recently set its sights on an Australian expansion, opening up a location in Melbourne and most recently at Westfield Chermside as part of its new food precinct. Following a farm to fork concept, 4Fingers specialises in free-range chicken that is hormone free. The menu features scrumptious chicken katsu burgers served on freshly baked buns with kimchi coleslaw, sweet potato fries, chips in seaweed and kimchi flavours, wings and drumettes painted with preservative-free sauces, chicken and rice boxes, seafood options, and chicken salads.
