Located in the Glasshouse section of Westfield Carindale, Barcella is a handy hideaway for light meals, substantial eats and a quick respite from the bustling mall. Barcella’s all-day breakfast eats menu includes Belgian waffles with berry compote, triple-stack pancakes doused in maple syrup, Flamenco eggs, Spanish omelettes, corn and zucchini fritters and healthy vegan bowls. As the day moves on, the kitchen starts pumping out light lunches including chicken schnitzels and beer-battered fish, hearty burgers and healthy wraps, but if you’re keen on lingering longer, Barcella’s got plenty more to feast on. Spanish meatballs, panko-crumbed prawns, seafood paella, pizzas, beef lasagne, slow-cooked lamb shanks and risottos also feature.
