2017 was an incredibly good year for burger lovers – as it was the year that iconic Sunshine Coast Burger joint Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. announced that it was coming to town. Two spots were announced for our culinary pleasure, one spot set to open in Newstead and one at Westfield Chermside. Betty’s Burgers opened in June as part of Westfield Chermside’s large food precinct expansion bringing its extremely popular menu seen at its current locations, which means all of the delicious burgers, all of the delectable sides and all of the mouth-watering concretes – that’s creamy custard ice-cream, in case you didn’t know.
