The exposed brick walls and archways reveal the age of the old building, complimented by Japanese decor in the form of beautiful paper lampshades hanging from the ceiling and prints adorning the walls. Delicate sashimi is sliced thinly and carefully arranged like a piece of art. Lacey crisp gyoza is accompanied by a perfectly mixed dipping sauce and the takoyaki is lashed with Japanese mayonnaise, okonomi sauce, aonori and katsuobushi flakes.
