Bruno’s BNE is a shiny beacon of delicious hope on Cracknell Road in Tarragindi. The cafe buzzes with activity, and owner/barista Bruno works like an ever-smiling machine on the group heads, expertly pouring cups of PadreDukes and Single O specialty coffee. As a Tarragindi local, Bruno wants the cafe to be a place for the community to enjoy – whether its a leisurely weekend breakfast with friends, or after-school milkshake and ice-cream with the kids. For breakfast you can’t go past Bruno’s signature eggs benny on the back deck, and while the menu changes over at lunchtime, you can still order breakfast delights such as bacon and eggs and zucchini fritters with chorizo until 2:00 pm. On Friday and Saturday nights Bruno’s opens from 5:00–9:00 pm, offering a laid-back menu of small and large share plates, burgers and desserts paired with a selection of wines and beer.
