Brought to you by the mob originally behind Fortitude Valley’s Mighty Mighty cue & brew, Buffalo Bar boasts dining hall, whisky lounge and beer garden. Its Victorian-era bones have been given an internal facelift by interior designer Kati Watkinson (of Nicole Weston Architect), crafting an ambient inner-city space to test out the 25 taps of US beer, specialty cocktails and American whiskys.
