Welcome to Bowen Hills added a permanent fixture to its array of vendors at the tail-end of 2018, welcoming Harry’s Pizza to the fold. The menu features a range of classics, from margherita and four-cheese pizza, joined by the likes of chargrilled eggplant and artichoke, smoked ham and pineapple, pork and fennel sausage, and Italian salami and chilli pizzas. You can boost your choice with some extra toppings, and gluten-free bases are available as well. No pizza party is complete without garlic bread, and Harry’s signature Mum’s 1980s garlic bread is generously lathered in fresh butter, garlic and Italian herbs – just how it should be. The carb action doesn’t stop there, with loaded fries topped with salami, sugo, mozzarella and basil adding an extra level of cheese-pull goodness. Harry’s Pizza will be offering takeaway service soon, but the spot will be offering $5 pizzas with any drink purchase every Friday and between 4:00–6:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
