Junky Comics originally started as a webstore in 2014, selling independent comics and graphic novels from innovative and underground publishers. After finding an ideal location on Vulture Street in West End, Junky Comics opened its own store in April 2015. Boasting shelves and troughs full of interesting and unique comic books, Junky Comics has set itself as a haven for those looking to expand their reading selection. Have a sip of some fresh filtered coffee as you browse through the selection from overseas publishers such as Fantographics from America, Drawn and Quarterly from Canada and No Brow from the UK, in addition to select titles from comic book heavyweights DC and Marvel and locally made zines. Junky Comics will host quarterly art exhibitions as well as workshops and zine nights.
